Board Meetings
The Board regularly meets at 6:00 pm on the third Wednesday of every month. Regular meetings alternate between Lipman and Panorama School, all summer meetings will be held at Lipman. Most special board meetings are held at Lipman School. 

Board meetings are accessible to people with disabilities.  Individuals who need special assistance or a disability-related modification or accommodation (including auxiliary aids or services) to participate in a board meeting; or who have a disability and wish to request an alternative format for the agenda, meeting notice, agenda packet or other writings that may be distributed at the meeting, should contact Aida Gamba (415-467-0550; [email protected]) at least ten (10) working days before the meeting.

The agenda will be posted here at least 72 hours in advance.

Meeting participants are reminded that the Board reserves the right to limit individual speakers to three minutes and/or may impose a time limit on agenda items in order to ensure the proper functioning of governing board meetings. (See Government Code §54954.3(b)(1) and Education Code  §35145.5.)

Individuals may address the Board in writing in advance of the meeting by sending an email to [email protected]. You will not receive a response. Written communication to the Board of Trustees will not be read aloud at the meeting and will not be part of the official record of the meeting, but will be taken into consideration by Board members.
