Sibling Registration

Please DO NOT make a separate account for the sibling.
 
 
Please review the following instructions. Allow ample time to collect required documents, immunization and physician's signatures.
Sibling Registration
 
Step 1: Collect Documents
  • Two proof of residency (Note: you will need to email the two proofs to [email protected])
  • Child's proof of age
  • Immunization Record
 
Step 2: Print and complete the following forms (Physicians signature required), if you are enrolling a sibling entering Transitional Kindergarten (TK) or Kindergarten (K)
  • Health Exam for School Entry
  • Oral Health Assessment
 
Step 3: Login into the Parent Portal with the same username and password
 
Step 4: Register online
  • There are multiple parts to the online registration form. Parents will be able to save their progress and continue at a later time. 
  • Parents will have the ability to upload images of the required documents gathered in steps 1 and 2.
  • Click the button below to login into the Parent Portal begin the online registration process. When registering the sibling click "New Student Application"
