Board Meetings

The Board regularly meets at 6:00 pm on the third Wednesday of every month. Beginning January 2025, all meetings will take place at Lipman Middle School. 

Board meetings are accessible to people with disabilities. Individuals who need special assistance or a disability-related modification or accommodation (including auxiliary aids or services) to participate in a board meeting; or who have a disability and wish to request an alternative format for the agenda, meeting notice, agenda packet or other writings that may be distributed at the meeting, should contact Aida Gamba (415-467-0550; [email protected]) at least ten (10) working days before the meeting.

Meeting participants are reminded that the Board reserves the right to limit individual speakers to three minutes and/or may impose a time limit on agenda items in order to ensure the proper functioning of governing board meetings. (See Government Code §54954.3(b)(1) and Education Code  §35145.5.)

Individuals may address the Board in writing in advance of the meeting by sending an email to [email protected]. You will not receive a response. Written communication to the Board of Trustees will not be read aloud at the meeting and will not be part of the official record of the meeting, but will be taken into consideration by Board members. 

 

Government Code 54957.5 states that public records related to any item on the open session agenda for a regular board meeting are available for public inspection. Those records that are distributed less than 72 hours prior to the meeting are available for public inspection at the same time they are distributed to all members, or a majority of the members, of the Board. The Board has designated the office at One Solano Street, Brisbane, CA 94005, for the purpose of making those public records available for inspection. Individuals desiring electronic copies of board agendas should request to be added to the distribution list by sending an email to [email protected].
