Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County (commonly known as 4Cs) is our community's Resource & Referral (R&R) agency, and we are here to help parents, providers, and our local community find, plan for, pay for, and access affordable, quality child care. We also direct children and families to programs and services that meet their needs, such as food, housing, mental health support, legal aid, and other safety net services. For children who may have special needs, we offer developmental testing and enhanced child care referrals. Furthermore, we assist early caregivers and educators in providing high-quality early care and education.
